We are looking for our first Content Marketing Manager to develop tailored narratives and content assets for Figma’s enterprise buyers. Reporting to our Director, B2B Growth Marketing, you will be responsible for supporting our product-led sales motion by crafting and prioritizing key narratives that translate into pipeline, engage our executive audience, and drive conversion across the funnel. As a founding member of this function, you will have the unique opportunity to build from 0 –> 1 and support some of our highest revenue generating channels at the business.
The right candidate for this role will have a passion for storytelling and the ability to marry product narratives with Figma’s brand voice and thought leadership perspectives. This candidate will be opinionated on how Content Marketing at Figma can engage our B2B audience and scale our Demand Generation programs. Additionally, the candidate should have an understanding of how to educate accounts on the value of higher product tiers and operate across multiple products SKUs.
This is a full time role that can be held from one of our US hubs or remotely in the United States.

Job level and actual compensation will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process (including skills and prior relevant experience, potential impact, and scope of role), market demands, and specific work location. The listed range is a guideline, and the range for this role may be modified. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, the pay range is localized according to employee work location by a factor of between 80% and 100% of range. What you'll do at Figma:
- Develop the foundation for how we implement B2B content marketing at Figma
- Create and drive the content narrative themes for quarterly integrated Demand Generation campaigns
- Partner closely with our Field Marketing, Product Marketing, and Executive team to create presentation narratives and scripts across our event pillars
- Onboard and manage writing contractors or agencies to produce long & short form assets that support our sales motions and generate efficient pipeline
- Manage relationships with partners to co-create shared narratives that enable Figma to reach new audiences and markets
- Develop a philosophy of measurement and reporting for content performance as a demand channel
- Create deep alignment with our sellers and provide enablement of content campaigns & programs
- 6+ years of experience supporting B2B and Sales functions in partnership with Demand Generation teams
- A proven track record of developing clear and compelling narratives across diverse channels
- Experience creating executive presentations (narratives/talk-tracks) for events & webinars
- Experience being held to metric-based outcomes of a content channel
- Experience with product-led growth funnels (driving bottoms-up end-user adoption and tops-down buyer engagement)
- A background in Product Marketing, Customer Marketing, and/or Developer Marketing
- Experience working in multi-product environments
