Manage article topic intake process and provide strategic recommendations to the practice to maximize ROI on content marketing efforts and adhere to best practices.
Collaborate with Digital Marketing Team on opportunities to market content assets.
Monitor industry trends and content shifts for opportunities and risks to current efforts.
Oversee and maintain strong, productive partnerships with business stakeholders, writers and marketing team to keep all engaged in the content development/review process, ensuring adequate time for turnaround on stakeholder tasks, and being responsive to business needs and support requests.
Oversee and maintain strong, productive partnerships, third party vendor relationships and publications.
Evaluate strategic initiatives and support requests to outline scope; define objectives/channels/audience/deliverables/timing.
Manage the Marketing Calendar (comms plans/launch timing/dependencies/etc.)
QA/QC deliverables and communication assets.
Responsible for comprehensive, accurate, and timely campaign, quarterly and annual reporting. Ad hoc reporting as necessary.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Journalism, Public Relations, or Digital Communications
- Familiar with Content Marketing knowledge
- Ability to work collaboratively among a fast-paced, high-performing team
- Advanced copywriting and copyediting capabilities, and exceptional spelling/grammar
- Project management and time management, with the ability to handle multiple, high-priority assignments simultaneously
- Ability to strategically analyze business requests and advise stakeholders on the most effective and efficient solution to achieve their objectives
- Translating complex technical, scientific, and financial concepts into simple and easily understood thought leadership assets
- Agility and adaptability in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment
- Ability to manage projects from ideation to completion
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in the Microsoft Suite, working knowledge of Asana project management software a plus.
- Ability to interact and collaborate with various functional areas, including stakeholders in and outside of Marketing, and senior leadership throughout the firm
