Job Details
All Care Therapies is seeking a hands-on Controller to oversee our core accounting and financial functions. This role will lead the monthly close process, ensure the integrity of financial reporting, and drive internal controls and accounting best practices. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the accuracy, integrity, and efficiency of our accounting and financial systems and is suited for someone who thrives in dynamic, growth-oriented environments.
Essential Responsibilities
- Financial Reporting & Compliance
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
- Prepare accurate and timely financial statements in accordance with GAAP
- Ensure compliance with applicable federal, state, and local regulatory laws and rules
- Accounting Operations
- Lead general ledger, accounts payable/receivable, payroll accounting, and bank reconciliations
- Implement and manage internal controls and accounting policies
- Manage and optimize accounting systems and workflows
- Budgeting & Forecasting
- Support budgeting and forecasting efforts in partnership with leadership
- Provide financial analysis and insights to inform strategic decision-making
- Audit & Tax
- Coordinate and manage external audits and tax filings
- Maintain documentation and processes to support clean audit opinions
- Team Leadership
- Supervise and develop a small accounting team (operations with India based employees)
- Partner cross-functionally on operational improvements and financial insights
