We are seeking a candidate who brings strong accountability to their work. You have exceptional attention to detail, superior organizational skills, and a deep curiosity for financial operations.
What you will do:
As a Controller, you will be the financial backbone of a scaling organization.
Your responsibilities will be as follows:
- Own the month-end and quarter-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting under ASPE.
- Build scalable accounting processes to support rapid growth by implementing best practices and automation wherever possible.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and expense management, ensuring efficiency and compliance.
- Manage external relationships with auditors and tax advisors.
- Oversee corporate income tax returns and sales tax returns in different jurisdictions.
- Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure compliance with evolving regulations and investor expectations.
