Full-Time Controller (German Speaking)

• Support the budgeting and forecasting process and provide data for group-level consolidation
• Take charge of local controlling to ensure the reliability of monthly reports
• Prepare monthly reporting packages (dashboards and other deliverables, as needed)
• Understand the operational strategy and identify ways to improve performance
• Suggest corrective actions where needed and oversee their implementation
• Review monthly operational KPIs and dashboards
• Travel internationally (mainly to Germany) to provide on-site support and train local teams (occasionally)
• Propose new tools and KPIs to analyze and drive performance (develop local controlling processes) and support their set-up and implementation
• Act as a business partner to country manager
• Report directly to the German CFO
• Prepare and analyze monthly results

• A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in controlling, FP&A, or financial analysis (IFRS and/or local GAAP are appreciated but not mandatory)
• Fluency in German (C1+) and strong intermediate English skills (B2+)
• Proficiency in Excel and a solid understanding of accounting / controlling principles plus in general strong IT affinity in order to get familiar with group related IT tools used within the finance community
• An analytical, proactive, and reliable approach, with strong communication skills
