Job OverviewWe’re looking for a passionate, creative and strategic Copy and Content Manager to join our team and take on the challenge of fighting back against the deliberately complex and obstructive healthcare system, one word at a time!

As our Copy and Content Manager, you will wear two hats: brand copywriter and content manager. You will oversee all written materials under the Vitable brand to ensure our messages stay consistent across channels, from blog posts and marketing assets to brand copies. Your words will inspire, educate, and engage our audience.

You’ll write, edit, review, and optimize all copies to ensure they align with Vitable's mission and voice.

In this role, you will also own the creation and execution of our content strategies that drive organic leads and pipeline into the business – including webinars, podcasts, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and social media posts.

You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our content supports our business goals and positively impacts our community.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Copywriting: 50% Write, edit, review, and optimize all written communication for the Vitable brand including website, social media posts, sales collateral, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, products, customer-facing assets, emails, and newsletters.
  2. Ensure all copies align with Vitable's brand voice and messaging, and are consistent across channels.
  3. Collaborate with the design team to create cohesive marketing assets.
  4. Content Management: 30%
  5. Develop and manage content across various platforms, including webinars, podcasts, blogs, whitepapers, events, email campaigns, and social media.
  6. Oversee the editorial calendar to ensure timely delivery of content.
  7. Manage a team of freelance writers and external agencies to produce high-quality content.
  8. Monitor and analyze content performance to optimize and improve content.
  9. Content Strategy: 20% Own the creation and execution of content strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
  10. Work closely with the member marketing team to build a series of content that drives customer engagement.
  11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure that content drives organic leads and brand awareness.
  12. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to improve Vitable's content strategy continuously.

Qualifications

  • A creative and strategic storyteller capable of connecting the dots and tying their action to overall company goals.
  • Ability to translate complex information into a clear and effective story.
  • Proven experience as a content manager and brand copywriter.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • Experience managing content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, webinars, and podcasts.
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical skills to measure content performance and optimize strategies.
  • Experience managing and working with freelance writers and external agencies.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Self-motivated and extremely resourceful in driving projects forward
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability in delivering results.
