Job Details

The Corporate Communications & Events Coordinator will support the Corporate Communications & Events team.

Primary Duties:

  • Support physician email communications in Pardot.
  • Optimize event registration and attendance processes using Blackthorn.
  • Maintain Privia Connect Intranet and Knowledge Articles.
  • Manage employee intranet resources.
  • Manage promotional item ordering for physician events.
  • Oversee the national events calendar.
  • Assist in creating communication campaigns and collateral.
  • Participate in physician newsletter editorial process.
  • Maintain marketing communications platform data accuracy.
  • Maintain project dashboards in Monday.com.

Skills & Attributes:

  • Strong writing and editing skills.
  • Experience with email marketing tools (preferred).
  • Salesforce experience (preferred).
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Teamwork and creativity.
  • Ability to learn quickly.
  • Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations.

Technical Requirements (for remote workers):

  • Minimum download speed: 5 Mbps
  • Minimum upload speed: 3 Mbps

Salary Range: $55,000 to $60,000 (base).

Possible bonus: 10%.
