Full-Time Creative & Copywriter Analyst

What You'll Do:

• Own the creative pipeline: prioritize, brief, and ship high-impact assets for Paid Media.
• Write converting copy: craft ad creatives, landing pages, and video scripts for paid channels.
• Develop video concepts & scripts: create concepts, storyboards, and production-ready scripts for short-form ads, user-generated content (UGC), and long-form brand videos.
• Manage creator & influencer programs: source, vet, brief, and approve content from UGC creators and paid partners; own contracts, timelines, and performance tracking.
• Translate data into insight: partner with paid media analysts to iterate messaging and formats based on key metrics (CVR, CPA, ROAS).
• Lead external partners: manage our U.S. creative agency and freelancers.
• Scale processes: build briefing templates, video analysis, influencer approval flows.
• Research new influencers: identify and recommend creators and influencers.

What You'll Bring:

• Relevant experience in copywriting and creative or influencer operations.
• Fluency in channel best practices for Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok, YouTube.
• Hands-on experience running creator/influencer campaigns.
• Growth mindset – comfortable with rapid experimentation and continuous learning.
