As a Creative Director, you are a proven leader, creative strategist, storyteller, and dazzling presenter.
You lead a portfolio of clients with dedicated team members.
Leverage cross-category expertise to guide clients in meeting business objectives and driving KPIs.
Bring your own ideas to life and collaborate on visual execution.
Flexibility and collaboration are key.
Understand the nuance of every channel and speak social trends fluently.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee creative strategy for advertising outputs.
- Deliver on creative vision and ensure creative excellence.
- Receive and provide constructive feedback from internal teams and clients.
- Guide copywriters and designers in framing ideas via storyboards, mocks, etc.
- Create 1-1 relationships with clients as a trusted creative partner.
- Support in managing creative operations.
- Mentor creative team members.
- Integrate with other departments for cohesive work.
- Balance projects and support team members.
- Partner with the growth team to create compelling pitch materials.
Skills/Experience:
- Experience building a social and digital-centered creative team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to guide creative from big idea to execution.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong portfolio with design experience.
- Openness to experimentation and AI/new technology.
- Deep familiarity with social platforms, retail platforms (Amazon, Walmart), and video (CTV).
Compensation:
$130,000 - $155,000 base salary + 10% bonus.
