Full-Time Creative Director

About the Role: Ondo seeks an experienced Creative Director to lead brand and asset development. This includes crafting the brand architecture, design system, and execution of visual elements and content, aligning with the firm's strategic vision.

Responsibilities:

• Execute & lead creative direction to grow our presence across touch points.
• Drive a design system for consistency across products and marketing.
• Develop creative strategy, visual language, and brand voice.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on design needs.
• Deliver art direction, web designs, photography, and video direction.
• Create assets for sales, presentations, and storytelling.
• Establish scaling project management processes.
• Identify capability gaps and source specialists/agencies if needed.
• Ensure world-class creative quality adhering to brand guidelines.

Requirements:

• 7+ years leading design teams (agency or in-house).
• Strong digital portfolio, preferably from finance or blockchain companies.
• Experience in blockchain, web3, DeFi, and financial services.
• Hands-on creation and execution, as well as leadership.
• Knowledge of branding systems.
• Ability to produce high-quality output.
• Resourcefulness and efficiency.
• Experience onboarding agency partners.
• Influence and inspire teams.
• Partial daily overlap with EST (Americas-based).
