A conceptual creative leader to lead the design and execution of impactful, brand-building and demand-generating campaigns. Work with a cross-functional team to establish strategic and creative approaches to integrated campaigns comprised of digital display, social, activations, video and more! Dream up and implement innovative ways to tell the story of our brand, platform and solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Set the creative vision for campaigns.
- Work cross-functionally as a strategic and conceptual creative partner.
- Lead teams to create campaigns that build our brand and generate demand.
- Contribute to the creative brief process.
- Bring digital-first thinking to every assignment.
- Champion long-term initiatives.
- Ensure creative output and campaign work is efficient, scalable, and integrated.
- Actively train, mentor and manage junior-level creative team members.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 15 years of experience in the creative industry.
- At least 5 years working on integrated, digital-first campaigns.
- Exceptional ability to lead, influence, and work across organizational boundaries.
- Proven ability to inspire creative colleagues.
- Obsessed with finding inspiring truths.
- Strong presenter with an ability to sell creative thinking and ideas.
- Believer in the power of brand.
- Curious learner with a growth mindset.
- Expert in Adobe Creative Cloud.
- Experience working on B2B business (ideal, but not required).
