Full-Time Creative Director, Web

• Lead the creative vision and execution for web design projects.
• Support the creative approach to new projects.
• Solve complex UX problems and deliver best-in-class designs.
• Translate content strategy and client goals into user-centered design systems.
• Conceptualize and develop compelling visual design systems.
• Advocate for accessibility, mobile-first design, and usability.
• Understand project scopes and budgets.
• Support the translation of design systems into CMS environments.

• Establish and maintain best practices for web design, accessibility, and responsive behavior.
• Create and maintain documentation and processes to improve design efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers and content strategists.
• Stay current on trends, tools, and evolving standards.

• Mentor and manage a team of designers.
• Direct and mentor others in developing and communicating designs to clients.

• 8+ years of digital design experience with a portfolio of responsive websites
• Experience leading creative teams and guiding multidisciplinary projects
• Expertise in interaction design, UX principles, and content-driven design
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and CMS environments
• Fluency in Figma and prototyping tools
• Strong communication skills
• Experience with mission-driven clients is a plus
