Full-Time Creative Manager

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Creative Manager to join our growing marketing department. This role is designed to bring structure and consistency to our creative production process. You’ll act as the bridge between media buyers and designers, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution of tasks, and the strategic adaptation of creatives.

Key Responsibilities

1. Manage the internal infrastructure of the creative department
2. Act as the main communication point between designers and media buyers
3. Translate briefs into structured tasks and monitor their execution
4. Oversee naming conventions and maintain consistency across all creatives
5. Update and manage creative tracking tables based on style and performance
6. Regularly monitor spy tools to analyze competitor campaigns and gather insights
7. Select, download, and assign relevant creatives from spy tools for adaptation
8. Conduct performance reviews of creatives (CPI, CTR, CPA, spend, etc.)
9. Prepare summaries for the team on which creatives to adapt, modify, or drop
10. Work with outsourced teams to assign briefs and track creative delivery
11. Potentially contribute creative ideas or unique adaptations yourself

Requirements

• 1+ year of experience in a similar coordination role within a creative/affiliate/iGaming environment OR 1.5+ years of experience as a designer, ideally in affiliate marketing
• Background in the iGaming industry
• Strong understanding of ad creatives, formats, and traffic approaches
• Experience working with spy tools (AdHeart, BigSpy, etc.)
• Ability to write or adapt effective creative briefs
• Basic Excel/Google Sheets skills (for tracking and reporting)
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Proactivity and the ability to drive processes independently
• Fluency in Ukrainian
