Promo View is a marketing agency helping entrepreneurs, creators, and brands expand their Instagram following. Boekadoe is a children’s book subscription service. This role will be split between Promo View (B2B) and Boekadoe (B2C).
About YouWe’re looking for a Creative Marketing Specialist who thrives at the intersection of graphic design and direct response marketing. You have a strong track record in designing and testing image-based ads for Facebook and Instagram.
Top 5 Objectives (KPIs)- Produce ad variations based on existing concepts.
- Independently research target audiences and design ad creatives.
- Own the creative cycle.
- Write direct response copy.
- Collaborate to refine ad strategies.
- Design and produce direct response ad creatives.
- Translate research insights into visual concepts.
- Craft ad copywriting.
- Conduct basic audience and competitor research.
- Work on testing cycles.
- Light media buying tasks.
- 3 - 5+ years experience in design.
- Strong graphic design skills.
- Portfolio showcasing direct response ads.
- Familiarity with Facebook Ads Manager.
- Experience in audience research.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing dynamics.
- Proactive and independent.
- Fluent in English; EU time zone alignment.
