About this Role
This role is within the Strategic Partnerships pillar of the Creative Strategy team, focusing on developing and executing creative strategies for Liftoff's high-value customer portfolio.
Responsibilities
- Develop effective creative strategies aligned with customer goals and Liftoff's objectives.
- Plan quarterly creative campaigns, setting milestones and aligning creative goals.
- Lead brainstorming sessions for high-impact creative concepts.
- Analyze creative performance data to optimize strategies using Looker and other tools.
- Build strong relationships with strategic customers as a trusted creative advisor.
- Partner with Revenue and internal teams to align creative strategy.
- Design presentations to showcase creative insights, trends, and strategies.
- Manage customer and internal expectations with regular updates.
- Manage projects autonomously for timely delivery and quality across multiple campaigns.
- Identify process improvements and provide recommendations.
- Contribute to playbooks and knowledge-sharing.
- Contribute to a collaborative culture.
- Share insights and customer successes with the team.
- Stay informed on industry trends and support internal enablement.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in creative strategy, digital marketing, or performance advertising.
- Experience managing high-value customer relationships and performance-driven creative planning.
- Strong project management and prioritization skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentation skills.
- Knowledge of digital performance metrics and campaign analysis.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Location

Travel
In-person team gatherings at least once per quarter (project meetings, regional meetups, company-wide events).
