WHY DONUT STUDIOS? Donut Studios is New Engen’s in-house creative studio, crafting platform-native, digital content for ambitious brands. We integrate media, creative, analytics, influencer, and retail strategies into performance-driven campaigns.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Creative Strategist, you will propose testing strategies, provide overall creative direction, develop/optimize concepts, and review scripts/deliverables. This role requires presentation skills, collaboration across teams, and integrating creative insights across digital and social channels.
What you'll be diving into day-to-day:
- Develop performance-driven creative and messaging strategies across digital channels.
- Participate in client meetings as Donut’s in-house creative expert.
- Advise external client teams on media best practices.
- Manage launch pipeline, including deliverable completion and transfer.
- Apply full-funnel thinking to increase click-through rates and conversion rates.
- Synthesize consumer target’s mindsets to inform creative development.
- Partner with media counterparts to review creative performance and formulate strategies.
- Effectively brief and project manage assignments within Asana and Slack.
- Quality control exports to ensure creative standards.
- Develop processes to ensure cross-functional collaboration.
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 4+ years of experience ideating and developing high-performing direct response and social media creative strategies.
- A background in creating UGC is a plus.
- Digitally savvy, knowledgeable about trends on YouTube, Instagram/Facebook, TikTok, etc.
- A growth mindset for developing resonant advertising.
- Strong grasp on culture and digital trends.
- Excellent performance marketing and creative instincts.
- Strong team player with a passion for collaboration.
- Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to communicate strategic insights.
- Ability to influence within a fast-paced start-up.
- Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite or Figma is a plus.
- Proficiency in Asana and Google Sheets experience is a plus.
