Job Details

Reporting to the CRM Manager - Leafio, the CRM Specialist supports the development, execution, and refinement of multi-channel campaigns and CRM communications for activation, engagement, and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and interpret brief requirements.
  2. Collaborate with the team to ensure clear delivery expectations and on-time execution.
  3. Manage scheduling, building, copywriting, testing, and deployment of communications across Montu Brands Lifecycle, campaigns, research, and surveys.
  4. Track delivery progress using workflow tools and team channels.
  5. Marketing Automation: Configure and launch complex, data-driven journeys, utilizing strong judgment and decision-making.
  6. Provide technical support and recommendations for conditional logic, segmentation, and topics related to Marketing Automation tools, and troubleshoot issues.
  7. Assist in maintaining CRM and Marketing Automation tools, best practices, procedures, including data management, privacy standards, and system updates.
  8. Collaborate with IT and tech teams on requirements, solution design, and concepting.
  9. Customer Data Analysis and Reporting: Leverage multiple data sources for insights and results.
  10. Utilize data for audience segmentation, targeting, and personalization of communications.
  11. Drive a test-and-learn culture with ongoing A/B and multivariate testing for optimized targeting.
  12. Analyze campaign data to identify trends and provide actionable insights.
  13. Report on key performance insights and propose improvements.
  14. Data governance and compliance: Safeguard the brand through Privacy and SPAM act compliance and best practice.
  15. Stay updated on legislation changes and educate stakeholders.
  16. Ensure CRM initiatives adhere to TGA and ACCC guidelines.
  17. Capture customer consent and personal data for profiling and personalization.
  18. Execute comprehensive CRM strategies, including acquisition, lifecycle, and retention initiatives.
  19. Braze Super User: Be a Braze expert, guiding internal stakeholders on platform utilization and optimization.
  20. Leverage Braze’s full capabilities to enhance technical performance and personalization.
  21. Resolve technical problems across platforms, minimizing disruption to campaign execution.
  22. Deliver on individual and team OKRs.

Skills and Experience:

  • 2-3 years experience in CRM, lifecycle, or marketing automation.
  • HTML and CSS email template building/modification experience.
  • Braze or similar CRM platform experience is essential.
  • SQL experience is essential.
  • Excellent attention to detail and data-driven mindset.
  • Strong collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Experience in reporting & performance monitoring frameworks for marketing automation.
