Step, a next-generation financial services company, is looking for a passionate and analytical CRM & Lifecycle Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team.
As a founding team member, you will focus on developing and executing best-in-class lifecycle and CRM strategies for teens and young adults.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute lifecycle and CRM strategy.
- Own day-to-day execution of email, in-app, and push campaigns.
- Identify new CRM trends and implement best practices.
- Develop new hypotheses and experiments based on consumer insights.
- Manage external CRM agency partners.
- Understand target audience and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Support product launches and brand campaigns.
About You:
- 3-5 years of B2C CRM experience, preferably in mobile apps, technology, or start-ups.
- Strong analytical and experimental mindset.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., Braze).
- Experience in building programs from start to finish.
- Team-oriented and able to work with a variety of individuals.
- Understanding of Gen Z culture.
- Experience with HTML (preferred, but not required).
