CRM/Marketing Operations Executive
Job Responsibilities
- Support customer acquisition and growth across multiple channels (marketing systems, engagement tools, app and push notifications).
- Build templates and create customer segments in marketing automation platform.
- Design and implement automated customer journeys for multiple brands and channels.
- Manage customer data, including manual uploads and exports, ensuring data accuracy.
- Create reports to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Analyze data to draw insights and support strategic decision-making for future campaigns.
- Work closely with editorial, commercial, and product development to support direct and digital marketing campaigns.
About You
Problem-solver, curious, able to juggle multiple projects. Comfortable navigating customer marketing systems (CRM, email marketing, BI reporting, workflow management).
Must-Have Skills
- Prior experience in push messaging and/or email marketing (building segments, automated journeys).
- Strong spreadsheet skills (pivot tables, conditional formatting).
- Basic understanding of customer lifecycle principles and experience in mapping customer journeys.
- Familiarity with GDPR principles.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Basic HTML, CSS, or other coding skills.
- Experience with Google Apps Script and/or SQL.
- CRM reporting and analytics experience (drawing insights, informing campaign strategies).
Salary and Benefits
£31,000 - £35,000 (depending on experience).
