Drive Customer Retention & Growth: Build and manage programs that keep customers engaged, happy, and coming back for more.
Champion Referral Programs: Promote and manage a referral program with a 96% win rate—driving awareness and growth while ensuring participants are rewarded.
Create Memorable Events: Organize in-person dinners, virtual leadership summits, roundtables, and customer award programs to deepen engagement and foster relationships.
Build Customer Advocacy: Lead campaigns to gather reviews on platforms like G2 and Capterra, ensuring MedTrainer stays ahead of competitors.
Foster Community Connections: Send swag, manage online forums, and create spaces where customers can connect, share, and shine.
Support Customer Thought Leadership: Identify and collaborate with customers for webinars, case studies, and testimonials to showcase their stories and success with MedTrainer.
Gather Insights & Stats: Conduct customer research, surveys, and ROI analysis to inform strategies and continuously improve the customer experience.
Collaborate on Communications: Work with internal teams to deliver impactful upsell campaigns, product updates, and educational content tailored to customer needs.
A customer-centric marketer: experienced in building programs that drive results. Skilled in managing customer events, both in-person and virtual, from start to finish. Creative and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Excited about collaborating across teams: to ensure seamless communication and execution.
Data-driven: with the ability to pull insights, analyze results, and refine strategies based on performance.
Bachelor’s degree: in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of relevant marketing experience: or a similar customer-focused role.
Excellent communication skills: and a talent for creating engaging, customer-centric content and experiences.
Strong organizational and project management skills: and attention to detail.
Ability to maintain a collaborative mindset: in a remote environment.
Ability to effectively manage deadlines and deliverables.
Understanding of traditional and digital marketing methods and tools.
