Job SummaryYou will take the lead in developing and executing data-driven customer marketing strategies to nurture product adoption, increase retention, and create meaningful connections with users.
Responsibilities
- Develop a comprehensive lifecycle marketing strategy engaging customers, nurturing product adoption, and retaining customers.
- Design and manage multi-channel customer campaigns for key personas and increasing adoption.
- Manage paid media campaigns from start to finish, owning the CAC metric.
- Create and manage automated email marketing campaigns for onboarding, upselling, and re-engagement.
- Analyze customer data to identify segmentation and personalization opportunities for tailored messaging.
- Manage and provide feedback to the Customer Marketing team.
Requirements
- 4-6 years experience in lifecycle, retention, or email marketing, focusing on customer journey optimization.
- 2-3 years managing and hiring marketing teams.
- Experience managing and reporting on paid social and display campaigns (LinkedIn, Meta, etc.).
- Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns driving customer engagement and retention.
- Proven ability to achieve improvement through A/B testing, segmentation, and personalization.
- Familiarity with CRM, Marketing Automation (Hubspot, Intercom, Salesforce), and data visualization tools (HEX, Tableau).
- Analytical mindset, interpreting data, and making data-driven decisions.
- Understanding of content marketing and its integration with lifecycle campaigns.
- Strong project management skills, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
