The RoleWe seek a Customer Onboarding & Product Specialist to help therapists understand, experience, and adopt Blueprint's AI Assistant. Many therapists prefer human interaction before signing up. Your role is to answer questions, guide through product walkthroughs, and ensure smooth account setup.
This entry-level role blends customer engagement, product education, and light consultative selling. If you enjoy helping others, explaining technology clearly, and easing mental health providers' lives, this role is ideal for you.
- Pre-Signup Consult Calls (Product Demos, Q&A & Light Sales)
- Handle inbound calls from therapists interested in Blueprint.
- Provide 15-minute calls for solo practitioners and 30-minute calls for small groups, tailored to their needs.
- Answer questions about features, security, and workflow integration.
- Demonstrate the AI Assistant's time-saving capabilities.
- Encourage free trial sign-ups.
- Identify high-potential users and guide them towards group adoption.
- Post-Signup Onboarding Calls (Activation & Retention)
- Support new users with quick setup and workflow integration.
- Provide Q&A, guidance, and best practices.
- Ensure understanding of pricing, trial limits, and upgrade options.
- Educate therapists on advocating for Blueprint within their practice.
- Strategic Engagement & Follow-Up (PLG Expansion Opportunities)
- Identify warm prospects for group adoption.
- Coach therapists on introducing Blueprint to practice leaders.
- Follow up with users to support internal buy-in and drive practice-wide contracts.
Before & After Each Call
- Research each contact in HubSpot to understand their past interactions and support history.
- Log all meetings and track outcomes in HubSpot (completed, canceled, rescheduled, etc.)
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (marketing, communications, business, or social science).
- Excellent communication skills (patient, clear, and proficient at explaining technology to non-technical users).
- Comfort with fast-paced environments.
- Empathy for therapists' challenges.
- Tech-savviness (ability to quickly learn tools, manage HubSpot, and confidently demo SaaS products).
- Strong organizational skills.
