What You'll Do:
- Providing live phone, email, and chat support for clients.
- Responding to customer inquiries.
- Keeping client information up to date.
- Diagnosing and resolving technical support issues.
- Troubleshooting and escalating issues.
- Improving processes and documentation.
What We're Looking For:
- 2+ years experience as a Support Engineer.
- Proven ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to work to high standards.
- Ability to quickly understand our shipping software.
- Understanding software development principles.
- Comfortable working in a command line environment.
- Working in a challenging and dynamic environment.
