Plaza Home Mortgage, Inc., a full-service national lender, seeks a Client Service Representative. Founded in 2000, Plaza offers Wholesale, Correspondent, Renovation, and Reverse residential mortgages. The position requires strong customer interaction and operational proficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage loan pipelines and provide client support to get loans cleared-to-close (CTC) within expected turn-times.
  • Work directly with clients for loan delivery support.
  • Serve as primary contact for Brokers, Correspondents, and Account Executives (AEs).
  • Handle complex loan approvals, rate & lock extensions, and document review.
  • Review and update LOS systems (e.g., Calyx Point, Ellie Mae).
  • Order 4506T transcripts as needed.
  • Task files to Underwriters for condition review.
  • Request additional items from Brokers as needed.
  • Handle customer and AE status inquiries.
  • Review Hazard Insurance, Title docs for accuracy, and submit for agent approval.
  • Conduct operations support, including indexing unfiled documents.
  • Monitor aged files, follow-up on conditions and rate lock expirations.
  • Assist with suspended pipeline reports to ensure loans don't exceed 30 days without credit decision.
  • Assign loans for cancellation or denial.
  • Follow-up on suspense conditions.
  • Provide status updates to AEs and customers.
  • Generate daily pipeline reports.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Organizational and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency with LOS systems (Calyx Point, Ellie Mae) and MS Office.
