Customer Support Associate role at an early-stage startup, focused on providing excellent customer experience.

We're seeking an enthusiastic support associate to join our growing customer success team.

As a Customer Support Associate, your primary responsibilities include:

  • Managing email, phone, and chat communication with clients.
  • Supporting long-term customers with their website management.
  • Learning our web design tools and assisting customers with small design tasks.
  • Contributing to knowledge base/FAQ and other customer-facing resources.

Ideal candidates possess:

  • 2+ years of experience supporting American clients/customers.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in web design, website launch, and management.
  • Empathy for small business users.
  • Ability to manage time effectively.
  • Patience, thoughtfulness, and calmness.
  • Familiarity with third-party integrations.
  • Interest in learning and teaching.
  • Commitment to our mission.

Full-time commitment: 8 hours per day (9am - 5pm EST).
