Customer Support Associate role at an early-stage startup, focused on providing excellent customer experience.
We're seeking an enthusiastic support associate to join our growing customer success team.
As a Customer Support Associate, your primary responsibilities include:
- Managing email, phone, and chat communication with clients.
- Supporting long-term customers with their website management.
- Learning our web design tools and assisting customers with small design tasks.
- Contributing to knowledge base/FAQ and other customer-facing resources.
Ideal candidates possess:
- 2+ years of experience supporting American clients/customers.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in web design, website launch, and management.
- Empathy for small business users.
- Ability to manage time effectively.
- Patience, thoughtfulness, and calmness.
- Familiarity with third-party integrations.
- Interest in learning and teaching.
- Commitment to our mission.
Full-time commitment: 8 hours per day (9am - 5pm EST).
