Job Details

The Customer Success Associate (CSA) will manage renewals and at-risk accounts.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the post-sales journey for assigned accounts, focusing on product adoption, expansion, advocacy, and renewal.
  • Manage a high-volume book of business, supporting over 250 accounts (10K-30K).
  • Process renewals in SFDC and assist customers with add-on services, products, and subscription changes.
  • Ensure Price Increase targets are met.
  • Manage at-risk situations and collaborate with internal teams to address customer requests, issues, and feedback.
  • Handle inbound customer inquiries related to their accounts.
  • Present Revalize product value to customers, addressing objections to mitigate churn via email and phone.
  • Support customer nurture activities and campaigns with Marketing.
  • Respond to customer survey responses and recommend the appropriate internal department.
  • Identify opportunities for up-sells, cross-sells, and collaborate with Sales to achieve account growth goals.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or a relevant customer-facing role.
  • 1+ years of Software experience is a plus.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred.
  • Experience managing renewal and negotiation conversations.
  • Professional presence with strong listening and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand customer business needs and connect them to product value.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, passionate about delivering excellent customer experience.
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and experience developing creative solutions.
