Customer Success Specialist
Position Summary: Broadvoice seeks a Customer Success Specialist to join our team. You'll engage closely with clients, ensuring optimal product utilization and resolving issues.
Daily Responsibilities:
- Understand customer needs and facilitate product value.
- Manage cases within the Customer Success Queue.
- Handle contract renewals.
- Implement retention strategies for at-risk customers.
- Proactively review and engage with at-risk accounts.
- Address customer inquiries and manage account changes.
- Collaborate across departments to meet customer needs.
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of experience in client engagement.
- Experience handling complex issues and delivering exceptional service leading to high client retention.
- Knowledge of Unified Communications as a Service (UCaaS) or comparable telephony solutions (e.g., Contact Center as a Service) preferred.
- Project management experience with multiple stakeholders.
- Proficiency with internal systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- CRM system experience (e.g., Salesforce, Rev.io).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
