Job Details
Customer Success Associate will manage renewals and retention of accounts.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing post-sales journey from launch to expansion and support to contract extension.
- Proactively strengthening product understanding and loyalty.
- Creating product presentations.
- Processing customer inquiries and feedback.
- Collaborating with support, finance, content services, marketing, and product teams.
- Identifying up- and cross-selling opportunities.
Skills and experience required:
- Strong written and oral English and German.
- 1-3 years of customer success management, account management, or comparable experience with significant customer contact.
- Professional demeanor, active listening, and understanding of customers.
- Negotiation and presentation skills.
- Independent working style and strong problem-solving skills.
