Skydio is a leading US drone company. Its Customer Success team empowers customers through seamless onboarding and technical expertise.
We are seeking a motivated mid-market Customer Success Manager. This role is crucial for implementation, usage, retention, and expansion of our customer base.
Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of customer implementation, usage, retention, and expansion.
- Build scalable on-boarding processes.
- Manage implementation projects with mid-market enterprise customers.
- Develop strong customer relationships through proactive support and follow-ups.
- Quantify product feedback and present it to executives to drive improvements.
- Advocate for enterprise customers by understanding their needs.
- Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews and customer check-ins.
- Manage approximately 50 accounts, driving adoption and renewals.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of supporting customers in the SLED industries (Public Safety, Law Enforcement).
- Ability to travel 10%+ of the time.
- Ability to obtain Part 107 certificate.
- Proven track record in implementing new technology, agile development, and interfacing with technical teams.
- Proven ability to drive implementation, adoption, and value delivery for hardware/software in large enterprises.
- Strong communication skills.
- Experience in a digital customer success motion, delivering excellent remote customer service.
- Experience with commercial UAS and related software development.
- Proactive and metric-driven customer engagement.
- Focus on renewals and expansion.
