Full-Time CRM Manager iGaming

We are seeking a CRM Manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement new and optimize existing communication chains.
• Set up tasks for designers, analysts, copywriters, and the operations team.
• Handle ad-hoc project tasks based on business needs.
• Prepare and present reports on work results.
• Create communication strategies and execute casino promotions/campaigns.
• Perform basic user segmentation.
• Grow CRM and retention metrics.
• Monitor and control KPIs: retention, reactivation, communication conversion rates, MAU, and LTV.
• Operate and manage processes to increase stream-specific metrics (Sports or Casino).
• Design communication flows using various channels (email, push, SMS, in-app, etc.).

Experience:

• 2-3+ years of CRM management experience within the iGaming industry.
• Strong focus on building long-term customer relationships.
• Experience in designing and executing communication flows across various channels.

Skills:

• Proactive and initiative-driven; able to lead projects to successful completion.
• Data-driven decision-making based on metrics and KPIs.
• Strong communication skills for collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Deep understanding of customer needs and behavior for personalized offerings.
• Creative approach to problem-solving and enhancing customer engagement and retention.
• Adaptable and responsive to market changes and challenges.
• Experience in analyzing market trends and competitor activities to optimize CRM strategies.
• English proficiency at B2+ level.
