As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our market intelligence, strategy, and positioning—helping shape the future of our brand and product success. If you thrive on research, storytelling, and strategic execution, this role is perfect for you!
What You’ll Do:
- Be the Market Expert: Dive deep into industry trends, competitors, influencers, and target audiences to keep Daxko at the forefront of the market.
- Shape Winning Strategies: Develop and execute annual intelligence strategies designed to achieve market leadership across all verticals.
- Deliver Insight-Driven Marketing: Provide Brand Managers and stakeholders with data-backed research, insights, and trends to fuel strategic marketing execution.
- Support High-Impact Initiatives: Lead marketing strategy and go-to-market (GTM) efforts for key partnerships, corporate offerings, and Daxko Exchange.
- Inform Leadership Decisions: Create compelling assets and contribute to reporting for the Board of Directors and Senior Leadership Team to drive informed decision-making.
- Craft Strategies That WOW: Develop persuasive proposals and initiatives that captivate the market and elevate our brand presence.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with teams across the organization to ensure marketing, sales, and product goals are perfectly aligned.
- Maximize Growth Opportunities: Plan and coordinate cross-product strategies to effectively market and sell additional solutions in alignment with company goals.
- Champion the Industry: Bring passion and energy to the fitness, health, and wellness market, helping expand Daxko’s influence and leadership.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on strategy planning and brand management.
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills—both written and verbal.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and an understanding of market research concepts (JTBD/ODI methodology preferred).
- Ability to thrive in a high-paced, dynamic work environment while managing multiple priorities.
Nice-to-Haves:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Experience in health & wellness technology or SaaS.
- Prior exposure to corporate partnerships and strategic GTM efforts.
