About the RoleWe seek a Director of Training & Enablement to build and deliver impactful training programs for customers and internal teams. This role focuses on building training infrastructure, designing scalable learning initiatives, and maximizing TDX platform usage.
What You'll Do- Develop and execute a global training strategy for customers and internal teams.
- Design and deliver training programs supporting onboarding, adoption, retention, and expansion.
- Create and manage training content (virtual, in-person, asynchronous).
- Ensure training aligns with the customer journey.
- Leverage LMS and enablement tools to track and optimize training.
- Facilitate training sessions (live and on-demand) for customers and teams.
- Develop role-specific training for Customer Success, Sales, and support.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive learning library.
- Gain deep TDX expertise and collaborate with product development.
- Implement certification programs.
- Continuously analyze training impact and improve programs.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Experienced in building and delivering global training programs.
- Experienced in SaaS and technology training.
- Skilled in designing content across multiple formats (virtual, in-person, asynchronous).
- Deep understanding of the customer lifecycle and Customer Success.
- Strong communication skills to translate complex information into engaging training.
- Detail-oriented, highly organized, and skilled in design.
- Proficient in LMS and program management tools.
- Collaborative and a problem solver in a high-growth environment.
- 8+ years of training or enablement experience, including customer training.
- Proven ability to develop and scale training programs.
- Experience implementing and managing LMS platforms.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills (Customer Success, Data & Analytics, Sales, Product, Marketing).
- Experience in fast-paced, high-growth SaaS environments (preferred).
