The Truck Tires business continues to grow. Continental needs a Territory Sales Manager in the Phoenix, AZ area.

Responsibilities:

• Drive sales for new tires.
• Provide consultative expertise.
• Integrate sales with new technologies.
• Prospect new customers and maintain accounts.
• Build strong relationships with customers.
• Develop and maintain sales activity.
• Motivate customers with high-performance products.
• Own the launch process of new products.
• Monitor progress and adjust strategy.
• Resolve operational and administrative issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree and 1-3+ years of sales experience, or high school degree and 3-6+ years of related experience.
• 1+ year experience in the tire, automotive, technology, or other relevant industries.
• Valid driver's license and responsible driving record.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.
• Ability to comply with physical demands (lifting, walking, etc.).
• Legal authorization to work in the US.
