Shift: Full-time

Salary: $100,000 - $120,000 (based on experience), plus bonus

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Drive franchisee business results within assigned portfolio.
  2. Provide leadership and coaching to franchisees.
  3. Discuss business state and provide improvement tactics to enhance performance and ensure contractual compliance/brand standards.
  4. Address areas like sales, profits, operations, products, and store builds/acquisitions.
  5. Collaborate with Center of Excellence support teams.
  6. Achieve portfolio objectives (new unit store growth, sales, profitability).
  7. Partner with franchisees to develop plans utilizing insights, data, analytics, and experience.
  8. Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Development, etc.).
  9. Deliver complex messages to franchisees.
  10. Plan field time effectively.
  11. Execute standards: Ensure food safety, menu compliance, trademark protection.
  12. Handle variance requests and escalations.
  13. Communicate national promotions.
  14. Manage franchise agreements and compliance issues.
  15. Provide business insights and recommendations (industry/economic factors).
  16. Conduct regular SWOT analyses and partner with COEs.
  17. Serve as a Domino's business expert.
  18. Facilitate franchise peer connections.
  19. Understand legal implications.
  20. Deliver sales analyses to assess health and identify growth opportunities.
  21. Facilitate regional meetings.
  22. Follow-up new product/process roll-outs.
  23. Partner with Marketing COE to recommend local marketing plans.
  24. Train franchisees on new products/initiatives.
  25. Identify development opportunities and discuss with franchisees.
  26. Negotiate development agreements.
  27. Coordinate contractual deliverables with legal and franchisees.
  28. Provide regular reporting to regional leadership and development COE.
  29. Manage site approval process and transitions.
  30. Collaborate with peers to develop best practices.
  31. Advocate for continuous team development.
  32. Be the primary point of contact for franchisees.
  33. Grow franchise pipeline by identifying candidates.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field
  • Minimum 5 years experience in multi-unit operations or consulting, QSR, and/or franchisee experience preferred
  • Experience in multi-unit environment
  • Knowledge of retail/restaurant operations and financial reporting
  • Strong verbal/written communication skills, public speaking
  • Strong analytical skills, interpret financial statements
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Relationship building and teamwork skills
  • Strong leadership, motivational, development, and accountability skills
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time (some overnight)
