Join our Xplor Pay vertical and contribute to developing a complete range of payment solutions (point-of-sale, ecommerce, mobile, in-app, recurring billing, e-invoicing, and auto-reconciliation). You'll make a real impact by enriching customer experiences.
Reporting to the Senior Manager of Partner Launch, you'll onboard partners and project manage the onboarding process. Responsibilities include:
- Understanding integration options, features, and benefits.
- Analyzing partner organizations (roles, stakeholders, decision-makers).
- Studying partner business models and developing go-to-market strategies.
- Building relationships through regular communication (weekly calls, email, Slack).
- Training partners on Xplor resources (Partner Home, Merchant Home, Virtual Terminal, Campus).
- Communicating product features and benefits.
- Introducing partners to relevant Xplor teams and resources.
- Completing the partner onboarding process (documented steps and tracking completion dates).
- Successfully completing the partner's integration certification and leading through the beta phase.
- Providing documentation and training for a successful handoff to the Partner Development Manager.
- Identifying marketing opportunities for the Partner Development Manager.
Average base salary: $65,000 - $75,000. May be eligible for a monthly bonus.
Location: Fully remote in the US, with a suitable time zone for collaboration with the team.

Required qualifications:
- Payments experience
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, marketing, customer service, or related field
- At least 2 years of experience managing ISV partners (preferred)
- Strong communication skills and IT fluency
- Salesforce experience (preferred)
- Proficient with Microsoft programs
