In this position, you will be employed by Valicare in Slovakia but working for the Syntegon Pharma portfolio.
Secure and increase incoming orders in your sales territory by selling services for Syntegon machines.
Manage existing customers independently.
Work closely with customers, agents, and inside sales partners to achieve shared goals.
Monitor market, customers, and competitors according to company strategy.
Lead and support internal sales channels.
Travel approximately 60% of the year due to international environment.
Work in the office in Trenčianska Turná, Slovakia, with responsibilities including customer visits and acquisitions in the assigned area of Eastern Europe.
Qualifications: Degree in technical or economic field (mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, or industrial engineering) or equivalent experience.
Experience in international sales within the mechanical engineering industry.
Proficiency in ERP and CRM systems, and MS Office.
Business-level English, German language knowledge is an advantage.
