Define and drive client strategy, identify goals and challenges, manage the sales process to create new opportunities. Work closely with a Retail-focused team. Help shape project direction, respond to market needs, and align solutions with client expectations.
As a Client Partner Lead, own the strategy, revenue goals, and client relationships across your portfolio. Build and maintain long-term partnerships, ensure client satisfaction, and drive account growth.
Guide a team of Client Partners. Support them in developing account strategies, sharing industry insights, and meeting performance goals.
Working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, Presales, Legal, and Finance, help shape the strategic direction.
Responsibilities:
- Industry Strategy and Market Leadership: Define and drive the Financial Services & Insurance industry strategy, aligning with market trends, regulations, and technologies. Act as a thought leader, representing Accesa in external forums.
- Client Relationship Management and Growth: Own strategic client relationships, ensure proactive communication, issue resolution, and strategic alignment. Develop and maintain client plans focusing on long-term growth, cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and pipeline management.
- Sales Enablement and Commercial Oversight: Oversee sales and proposal development, ensuring offers align with client needs, profitability targets, and compliance. Partner with Delivery to manage project scope, pricing, and profitability.
- People Leadership and Talent Development: Lead and coach a team of Client Partners, building capabilities in strategic account management and consultative selling. Drive performance through goals, feedback cycles, and development.
- Operational Excellence and Governance: Manage budgets, ensure CRM reporting, and foster a data-driven approach to decision-making and forecasting. Implement continuous improvement.
- Client Satisfaction and Strategic Stakeholder Engagement: Monitor and improve client satisfaction metrics, facilitate executive reviews, support delivery handovers, and turn clients into advocates.
Deep Industry Knowledge: Proven expertise in the IT sector, specifically in Financial Services and/or Insurance, keeping up with market evolution, regulatory changes, and best practices.
Strategic Thinking & Planning: Translate market data, client feedback, and emerging tech trends into a clear industry segment strategy.
Proven Client Relationship Management: Build trust-based relationships, drive revenue growth, and ensure high client satisfaction.
People Leadership: Lead, mentor, and coach teams focused on consultative sales, account management, and problem-solving.
Excellent Communication & Presentation Skills: Influence senior stakeholders, create concise presentations, and deliver persuasive proposals.
Project Delivery Awareness: Familiar with delivery lifecycles, ensuring alignment with client expectations.
Stakeholder Management: Navigate large, complex organizations, prioritize stakeholders, and resolve escalations.
Language Skills: Proficient in German and English.
