We are seeking an ambitious sales achiever to join a leading manufacturer in CSST, shaping the future of gas installations.
Role Purpose: Develop and manage all sales activities, driving company growth, business development in key strategic countries, maximizing margins and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Forge relationships with M&E Contractors, Consultants, and stocking merchants to promote brand, gain specifications, and drive sales.
- Support merchants and gas installers through training and guidance.
- Conduct 70% Contractor/Consultant calls and 30% Merchant calls.
- Generate a monthly pipeline report on ongoing projects and progress.
- Possess field sales experience in the HVAC sector and basic knowledge of heating systems.
- Demonstrate experience selling to M&E Contractors, Consultants, and Plumbing Merchants.
- Understand back-selling and driving product requirements through specification.
- Show a proven track record of business development and sales growth.
- Be technically competent, discussing engineered solutions with customer engineers.
- Possess high-level business acumen and a technical qualification or 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
- Demonstrate a proven track record of successful marketing management with tangible outcomes.
- Be an excellent communicator with strong influence and negotiation skills.
- Be highly confident, self-motivated, and driven to succeed, with a remote work style requiring strong self-management and motivation.
- Effectively communicate with senior executives internally and externally.
- Build and maintain strategic relationships, exhibiting a talent for productive networking.

- Ensure timely and accurate responses to customer enquiries.
- Liaise with internal departments regarding customer concerns and opportunities.
- Complete monthly sales forecasts and activity reports.
- Attend team meetings and be an integral part of the company.
- Participate in technical committees (when necessary).
- Encourage and convince end users and EPCs to specify company products.
