The Role: As Director of Product Marketing, you'll amplify Oden's brand recognition as a leading manufacturing data & AI company. This requires strategic vision and hands-on execution to translate marketing strategy into measurable results.
You'll lead marketing strategy, execute campaigns, create content, and develop a small marketing team.
Responsibilities Include:
- Develop and execute strategic marketing plans with product and sales teams.
- Own and develop brand awareness strategy (PR, corporate communication).
- Drive go-to-market strategy across multiple channels (conferences, webinars, events, content).
- Define product positioning and messaging to resonate with manufacturing customers.
- Develop expertise in Oden's product, market, and competitive landscape.
- Continuously test, analyze, and optimize marketing initiatives.
- Travel up to 15%.
- Lead demand generation efforts (paid, organic, ABM, partnerships).
- Establish and grow partnerships and channel marketing programs.
- Create sales and customer success enablement materials.
Must-Have Experience & Qualifications:
- 8+ years enterprise SaaS marketing experience.
- Experience marketing to industrial or technical B2B audiences.
- Deep understanding of product marketing and complex technical B2B SaaS products.
- Experience in early-stage or growth-stage startups.
- Proven success translating strategy into measurable results.
- 3+ years of team management experience.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- Strong understanding of enterprise customer buying processes.
- Data-driven mindset with an experimental approach.
- Strong project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Partnerships & channel marketing expertise.
- Experience as a brand builder.
- Experience launching products and leading full go-to-market strategies.
Salary: $140,000 - $190,000 plus equity and benefits.
