Partner Marketing Manager - German speaking: We are seeking a dynamic and collaborative Partner Marketing Manager - German speaking with a strong background in the DACH market to play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our partner marketing initiatives.
Role Description: This position is ideal for a hands-on marketer passionate about leveraging innovative strategies to elevate our marketing efforts and achieve exceptional business outcomes. This role will also provide support for partner marketing activities in the EMEA South region.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement partner marketing programs supporting ecosystem growth, driving demand, and strengthening partner engagement.
- Work closely with Partner Sales and broader marketing teams to identify new partner marketing opportunities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Lead the planning, execution, and measurement of partner marketing campaigns, including digital, content, and event-driven initiatives.
- Support the creation of co-branded marketing assets and case studies showcasing partner success stories and joint solutions.
- Manage partner participation in key industry events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Test, iterate, track, and analyze partner marketing performance, providing insights and recommendations for optimizing future programs.
- Assist in scaling partner marketing activities in the South region leveraging successful strategies from the DACH market.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years in partner marketing or related roles with a proven track record of driving partner engagement and revenue growth, particularly in high-growth B2B SaaS environments.
- In-depth understanding of the DACH business landscape and the software purchasing process to develop targeted marketing campaigns driving prospects to trial and conversion.
- Native German speaker with proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
- Ability to conceptualize and develop innovative marketing campaigns resonating with target audiences.
- Strong analytical abilities to synthesize data into actionable plans for new and existing marketing initiatives.
- Familiarity with marketing automation systems, particularly Salesforce and Tableau, to enhance marketing efficiency.
- Exceptional collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and presentation skills engaging and influencing stakeholders.
- Team-oriented, upbeat, and optimistic attitude fostering a positive work environment.
