The Senior Brand Manager will use their strategic mindset and strong background in product marketing to create and implement marketing strategies to promote Montu’s brands and products.
Responsibilities:
- Leading brand marketing efforts and working with cross-functional teams to drive growth and brand consistency.
- Strategic Planning: Developing, implementing, and executing commercial and product marketing strategies to achieve brand growth objectives (market analysis, positioning, segmentation, forecasting, product launches, pricing strategies, demand generation campaigns, marketing materials).
- Identifying growth opportunities for Montu’s product portfolio.
- Tracking and analyzing current marketing initiatives to optimize effectiveness and impact.
- Developing and implementing product launch strategies.
- Brand Identity Development: Developing new brands, including visual identity, brand messaging, style guides, and packaging; defining and communicating the brand’s unique value proposition.
- Developing and implementing strategies for effective product positioning.
- Crafting compelling brand messaging and value proposition.
- Developing visual narratives to tell the brand story and engage audiences.
- Campaign Management: Developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns (digital, social media, print, events) targeting a clinical audience.
- Monitoring sales results and modifying product focus/promotional plans accordingly.
- Creating and managing a campaign calendar for timely and successful execution.
- Staying abreast of industry trends.
- Marketing Collateral Creation: Developing marketing collateral briefs for creative and content teams (eDMs, brochures, flyers, banners, presentations, digital assets).
- Overseeing content creation and distribution, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and target audience.
- Ensuring brand consistency.
- Overseeing product information on websites.
- Project Management: Coordinating and collaborating with internal teams for seamless execution; monitoring timelines, resources, and budgets; identifying and addressing potential roadblocks; managing stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Decision Making and Reporting: Analyzing market data, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to make informed decisions.
- Adjusting brand strategies based on performance metrics.
- Leveraging data analytics and KPIs to measure and report on marketing initiatives.
- Gathering feedback from customers/sales teams.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- Minimum 8 years experience as a product/brand manager in OTC Healthcare
- Effective leadership skills
- Category Management experience
- HCP (Healthcare Professional) marketing experience
- Experience in fast-paced startup/scale-up or creative agency
- Proven experience developing strategic marketing plans generating growth
- Crafting new brand identities (messaging, packaging)
- Product launch strategy and campaign experience
- Data analysis and interpretation skills
- Branding and marketing principles
- Clinical audience understanding and campaign targeting
- Market trend anticipation and competitive strategy development
- Project management skills and cross-functional team collaboration
