About the Role: We are seeking a commercial leader to own the end-to-end customer experience and run the American business. As Head of Customer Growth, you will drive revenue growth, customer retention, and product delivery for B2B offerings, including the flagship Audience Builder product. This is not a traditional account management role. You will own the market-level P&L and be responsible for the full post-sale lifecycle – from activation to upsells – working with gaming studios and developers to drive meaningful outcomes and expand their use of Immutable's products.
Responsibilities:
- Own and grow the Americas market P&L, including upsell, cross-sell, and retention targets
- Deliver seamless execution of Immutable's growth products, building bespoke activation plans and managing project timelines
- Identify future game studio needs and rapidly iterate product to grow the market
- Be the primary relationship owner for American games, building strong partnerships with executive stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with technical, gaming, and growth teams to address product gaps and deliver customer value
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience managing executive-level relationships
- Strong commercial acumen and experience owning a P&L, preferably in a startup or scaleup environment
- Background in management consulting or investment banking with a pivot to startups
- Proven ability to sell, deliver, and iterate on early-stage products based on customer feedback
- Deep empathy for developers and experience building solutions for technical personas
- Demonstrated success in surfacing and influencing product enhancements through customer collaboration
- Passion for gaming and curiosity about the future of Web3
- Bonus points for experience in gaming, game publishing, or adjacent industries. Prior exposure to Web3, blockchain, or crypto projects.
