The Role: As a Senior Strategic Customer Success Manager, you'll be instrumental in supporting our growth by delivering predictions for Fortune 500 customers. You'll own advisory relationships, drive technical competency, ensure rapid deployment, and demonstrate measurable results and long-term customer value.
Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of 6sense's largest customers.
- Understand customer business goals and objectives, ensuring 6sense adoption and positive ROI.
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans and QBRs.
- Forecast, identify risk, and maintain strong customer renewal and growth rates.
- Maintain visibility into product performance and customer feedback.
- Become an expert in the 6sense predictive engine.
- Partner with technical CSMs and Program Managers on onboarding, rollout, and training.
- Advocate for customer feature priorities internally.
- Build customer advocates who share success stories.
Experience & Skills Required:
- 10+ years of Customer Success/Account Management experience.
- 3+ years of Strategic/Enterprise Customer Success with a proven track record.
- Experience with global 1000 Enterprise customers.
- Experience advising CxOs on SaaS adoption.
- Experience with B2B demand gen, marketing, and sales teams.
- Experience negotiating renewals and driving upsells.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
- BA/BS degree required.
- Willingness to travel (~30%).
Additional Skills (Desired):
- 5+ years of experience with BI platforms (Tableau, Domo, etc.).
- 2+ years of industry expertise (e.g., Communications, High-Tech).
Base Salary Range: $143,481 - $191,309
