Job Details
Your Responsibilities:
- First-line support handling customer and internal user requests via chat, email, and phone (rarely).
- Providing consultations on products/services (CDN, Cloud, Streaming, Hosting, DNS, Storage).
- Resolving technical issues via diagnostics, collecting incident information, and escalating to higher support levels if needed.
We Expect you to Have:
- 1+ year of Customer/Technical Support experience.
- Good experience with Zendesk and Jira.
- Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, ping, traceroute).
- Understanding of hardware/software diagnostics (reading logs).
- English level B2 or higher.
- Excellent customer advocacy and soft skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Quick learner, organized, and a team player.
- Responsible, polite, and optimistic with strong communication skills.
- Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Skilled at prioritizing tasks.
Nice to Have:
- German language proficiency (B1 or higher).
- Experience with CDN, Cloud, or DNS.
- Experience with Linux and API.
About the schedule: Two consecutive day shifts, followed by two days off. Day shift: 08:00 AM to 20:00 PM local time (11 hours including 1-hour break).
