Job Details

Your Responsibilities:

  • First-line support handling customer and internal user requests via chat, email, and phone (rarely).
  • Providing consultations on products/services (CDN, Cloud, Streaming, Hosting, DNS, Storage).
  • Resolving technical issues via diagnostics, collecting incident information, and escalating to higher support levels if needed.

We Expect you to Have:

  • 1+ year of Customer/Technical Support experience.
  • Good experience with Zendesk and Jira.
  • Basic networking knowledge (TCP/IP, DNS, MAC address, ping, traceroute).
  • Understanding of hardware/software diagnostics (reading logs).
  • English level B2 or higher.
  • Excellent customer advocacy and soft skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities.
  • Quick learner, organized, and a team player.
  • Responsible, polite, and optimistic with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
  • Skilled at prioritizing tasks.

Nice to Have:

  • German language proficiency (B1 or higher).
  • Experience with CDN, Cloud, or DNS.
  • Experience with Linux and API.

About the schedule: Two consecutive day shifts, followed by two days off. Day shift: 08:00 AM to 20:00 PM local time (11 hours including 1-hour break).
