About the Role:As a Customer Support Specialist, assist customers resolving issues and identify root causes through process improvements. Ensure customers maximize their experience by providing solutions and preventing recurring problems.
- Customer Support & Success: Assist potential and existing customers for a positive experience.
- Technical Problem-Solving and Prioritization: Provide technical support, following a set process and suggest improvements to internal tools.
- Knowledge Base & Playbook Development: Improve customer self-service by enhancing processes and resources.
- Product Advocacy: Act as the voice of customers, collaborating with teams to enhance products and processes.
What You Bring:
- High school diploma required; degree in Communications, Business Administration, or IT preferred.
- 3-4 years customer support experience, preferably in a SaaS environment.
- Ability to quickly identify solutions for customer issues.
- Strong dedication to delivering the best customer experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Adaptability to new tasks and responsibilities.
