Full-Time DDI UX/UI Designer

We are seeking a UX Designer to join our Digital Design Team, collaborating with other Designers to deliver new products and features that delight customers and align with our strategy.

As a UX Designer, you will ensure a consistent and intuitive user experience across various client products.

Responsibilities:

• Create digital product concepts and convergent experiences that elevate quality in a specific field/industry.
• Design compelling product experiences based on customer needs.
• Conduct workshops with clients.
• Conduct and coordinate usability interviews to gain customer insights.
• Develop user flows, storyboards, prototypes, and wireframes (e.g., Figma, Miro).
• Communicate designs and specifications to the development team.
• Review features implemented by engineering and provide guidance for pixel-perfect experiences.

Expectations:

• Make design decisions and solve design problems independently.
• Present and sell design concepts.
• Possess extensive UX design experience (desktop, mobile, tablet) with user-centered design methodologies knowledge.
• Demonstrate strong design, documentation, and prototyping skills using tools like Figma, XD, or similar.
• Experience working in an agile team environment.
• Conduct heuristic reviews of workflows and document improvement recommendations.
