Full-Time Demand Gen Manager

About the roleWe are seeking a results-driven Demand Generation Manager to spearhead initiatives driving inbound pipeline growth, enhancing brand awareness, and contributing to revenue objectives.

Responsibilities

• Own and optimize demand generation strategies.
• Develop and implement demand generation strategies across key channels (Google Ads, social ads, email, content marketing, webinars, and events).
• Partner with Sales, BDRs, and stakeholders to address challenges and ensure alignment.
• Shift focus from MQLs to pipeline generation, reporting on campaign outcomes and revenue impact.
• Leverage Salesforce campaigns and reporting to monitor pipeline, analyze sources, and identify optimization opportunities.
• Conduct customer and market research to inform targeting strategies.
• Share campaign stories highlighting A/B testing results, pipeline contributions, and strategic adjustments.
• Develop and manage budgets effectively.
• Stay informed on industry trends and best practices.
• Mentor and guide teammates.

About You

• 5+ years in demand generation, marketing, or related fields, with demonstrated ability to achieve pipeline targets.
• Knowledge of lead models, opportunity models, and sales capacity planning.
• Expertise in Google Ads, social ads, HubSpot, and Salesforce.
• Strong quantitative skills with a proven track record of optimizing campaigns using data.
• Proven ability to collaborate with BDRs and Sales teams.
• Self-starter with initiative to lead and mentor.
• Experience working in companies with 100-500 employees.
• International experience is a plus.
