Full-Time Demand Generation Lead

• Develop and execute an effective demand generation strategy
• Define and execute the overall growth and demand generation strategy across product lines and an open source community.
• Develop and implement integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, paid ads, events, andwebinars.
• Co-own our marketing automation platform (Hubspot), while investigating and integrating modern technology and AI to create efficiencies throughout the funnel.
• Manage a budget and establish metrics and reports that demonstrate success and allow us to troubleshoot concerns in our outbound campaign efforts.

• A deep understanding of the entire sales and marketing funnel, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and sales.
• Expertise in various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and events.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance.
• Passion for technology and a good understanding of the tech industry.
• A friendly, collaborative, humble, honest, and always striving to be better attitude.

• 4+ years of leadership experience in a growth or demand generation function
• Experience leading and managing high-performing demand-generation teams.
• CRM experience (Hubspot experience preferred).
• Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) required.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
