Job Details
CIQ is seeking a visionary and driven expert to own and lead our growth and demand functions. This critical role is responsible for the ideation, development, and delivery of creative, data-driven campaigns that drive high-quality leads and fuel revenue growth.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute an effective demand generation strategy
- Define and execute the overall growth and demand generation strategy across product lines and an open source community.
- Develop and implement integrated campaigns across multiple channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, paid ads, events, andwebinars.
- Co-own our marketing automation platform (Hubspot), while investigating and integrating modern technology and AI to create efficiencies throughout the funnel.
- Manage a budget and establish metrics and reports that demonstrate success and allow us to troubleshoot concerns in our outbound campaign efforts.
Needed to Succeed:
- A deep understanding of the entire sales and marketing funnel, including lead generation, lead nurturing, and sales.
- Expertise in various marketing channels, including digital marketing, content marketing, email marketing, social media, paid advertising, and events.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to track, measure, and analyze campaign performance.
- Passion for technology and a good understanding of the tech industry.
- A friendly, collaborative, humble, honest, and always striving to be better attitude.
Education and Experience:
- 4+ years of leadership experience in a growth or demand generation function
- Experience leading and managing high-performing demand-generation teams.
- CRM experience (Hubspot experience preferred).
- Experience with ABM (Account-Based Marketing) required.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
