Job Details
Synthflow AI is looking for a Demand Generation Lead to build and scale our pipeline engine. This role involves campaign strategy, execution, and optimization across multiple channels to drive awareness, engagement, and qualified pipeline.
What You’ll Do:
- Design and execute multi-channel campaigns (email, paid, events, content syndication, etc.) to drive qualified leads.
- Partner with Sales and RevOps to define, track, and optimize lead flow and funnel metrics.
- Manage paid programs (LinkedIn, Google, etc.) and refine targeting, messaging, and ROI.
- Collaborate with Product Marketing to create compelling assets and nurture programs.
- Experiment with new channels and growth levers to accelerate pipeline creation.
What We’re Looking For:
- 4–7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing.
- Proven track record in generating and converting pipeline for enterprise or SaaS products.
- Strong understanding of marketing automation, CRM systems, and campaign analytics.
- Data-driven mindset.
- Startup DNA.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in AI, automation, or CCaaS/voice tech industries.
- Familiarity with account-based marketing and lifecycle nurture strategies.
