Full-Time Demand Generation Manager

We are looking for a trailblazing Demand Generation Manager to drive pipeline growth for Order.co.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Generate pipeline from marketing channels within Order.co's core ICP and emerging industry verticals.
2. Build Order.co's ABM strategy across channels, aligning with SDR & AE team vertical strategy.
3. Manage paid campaigns (Google Ads, Gartner platforms, LinkedIn Ads, media partners, etc.).
4. Partner with Order.co's SEO & Content agency to drive top-of-funnel demand through organic search and LLMs.
5. Own conversion rate optimization and SEO of core website pages.
6. Collaborate with SDR & AE teams to optimize follow-up and accelerate pipeline.
7. Collaborate with the Growth Marketing Lead on lead/account nurturing, email, social, webinar, and content campaigns.
8. Advise on event marketing strategy supporting ABM efforts.
9. Report on campaign results, optimizing channels over time.
10. Own the pipeline goal for inbound and paid marketing channels.

Requirements:

• Experience in paid search, SEO, and conversion rate optimization.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and other marketing automation tools.
• Interest or experience in marketing to retail, property management, hospitality, cannabis, healthcare, wellness, nonprofits, and/or fitness.
• Interest or experience in marketing finance and/or operations software.
• Ability to execute marketing campaigns across various channels.
• Capacity to effectively allocate resources, prioritize initiatives, and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work cross-functionally to meet demand targets.
• Intrinsic motivation, independent work style, and collaborative spirit.
• Curiosity, creative problem-solving, and a hands-on learning approach.

Anticipated Salary Range: $100,000 - $130,000 per year.
